Billing questions
What happens after the free month?
Starter includes a free first month (your first subscription only) — after that, you're billed automatically at £30/month (or the annual equivalent) unless you cancel first, and there's no charge at all if you cancel before the trial ends. Growth and Agency are billed from the moment you subscribe, at £75 or £150/month (or the annual equivalent).
How do I cancel?
Through Stripe's billing portal, linked from your dashboard — no email or phone call needed, and it takes effect immediately.
Can I monitor more than one domain?
Yes — Growth covers up to 5 domains and Agency is unlimited, both on one account with one dashboard. Starter stays at 1 domain, for a single site. If you're managing security for a lot of clients and want something Agency doesn't cover, get in touch.
The free scan isn't a limited trial of the paid product — it's the same 0–100 score, full breakdown, and PDF report, and it stays free permanently. Paying only buys ongoing monitoring and the deeper, domain-verified checks above it.
